互补配套的八大功能分区
Eight function areas

  1、表面处理区:位于原无锡市杨市金属表面处理科技工业园,占地225公顷,专门针对表面处理特点规划布局,建有电镀污水处理中心、集中供热中心、工业供水中心、产品抛光中心、次品退镀中心、危化物配送中心、产品研发中心等集中服务中心,及各类型标准厂房、特种专业厂房。区内实行双回路不间断供电,电镀废水通过含氰、含镍、含铬、综合废水四条管道分质排放至污水处理中心集中处理。
 
Surface Treatment Area: Located at the ex-Yangshi Metal Surface Treatment Science & Technology Industrial Park, it occupies an area of 225 ha. Aimed at the characteristics of surface treatment, plating sewage treatment center, heat supply center, water for industrial uses, product polishing center, defects re-plating center, dangerous goods distribution center and R&D center, all sorts of standard plants, plants for special purposes have been set up. Double-circuit continuous power supply can be provided, and plating wastewater will be sent to Sewage Center through four different pipelines to deal with cyanogens, nickel, chrome and complex wastes.

       

  2、机电工业区:占地300公顷。依托洛社及周边地区雄厚的机电加工制造基础和配套能力,重点吸纳以汽车零部件、电子元器件等为主的加工制造项目,逐步形成精密冲压、机电加工组装成套产业链,并与表面处理区企业相互配套、互动发展。
 
MEP Industrial Park: occupies an area of 300 ha. On the base of strong MEP manufacturing and assembly capacity of Luoshe Town and its neighboring area, it mainly attracts processing and manufacturing projects in automotive parts, electronic components, thus to form the industrial chain of precision punching, MEP processing and assembly. And cooperates with enterprises in Surface Treatment Area.

       

  3、重大项目区:占地108公顷,专门为特大项目预留,特大项目可单独供地,并自行设计、布局内部建筑,还可预留一定的后备用地。
 
Major Project Area: occupies an area of 108 ha. It is mainly reserved for Super-large scale projects to customized design and arrangement. A certain amount of back-up land is also available. 

       

  4、港池物流区:占地85.5公顷,以京杭运河1300米大型港池和直湖港拓宽港池为依托,充分发挥园区临河、靠路等方便、快捷、安全、畅通的水陆交通体系,重点吸纳以各类物资的仓储、加工、配送等为主的现代物流项目。目前已建成的港池可停泊500-1000吨级的货船。
 
Bay & Wharf Area: occupies an area of 85.5 ha. With the support of the 1300-meter-large bay and wharf of the Great Canal and the expanded port of Zhihu Canal, this area makes full use of its advantages in water and road transportation to attract modern logistic projects like warehousing, processing and distribution. The present wharf is capable of 500-1000-ton cargo boats.

       

  5、商贸市场区:占地80.1公顷,位于312国道两侧,是园区最具商业发展潜力的地方,主要利用优越的区位交通条件,重点发展各类专业市场等三产服务业,将园区的集聚、辐射作用进一步放大发挥。
 
Commerce & Market Area: occupies an area of 80.1 ha. and locates on the two sides of No. 312 National Main Line. It is the place with most potential in commerce of the Park. It mainly uses the advantageous location and communication, focusing on the development of service industry and radiating the function of this area. 

       

  6、滨水服务区:占地12.7公顷,紧靠直湖港东侧、312国道南侧,以无锡市水上服务中心为主,建设集现代商务、水上服务、娱乐休闲等综合性服务的功能区。
 
Waterside Service Area: occupies an area of 12.7 ha. Right in the east of Zhihu Canal, south of No.312 National Main Line, providing comprehensive services like modern business, shipping and entertainment for Wuxi Water Recreation Center.

       

  7、配套服务区:针对园区从业务工人员多、标准厂房多的情况,分片集中建造一些职工宿舍、食堂、浴室、超市等设施,满足企业招待用餐、职工住宿等生活需要。
 
Supporting Service Area: Since there are lots of workers and standard plants within the Park, dormitory buildings, canteens, bathrooms and supermarkets will be built in lots, to meet the requirements of enterprises and workers.

       

  8、拆迁安置区:占地94.3公顷,用于集中安置园区建设过程中涉及的拆迁居民,并预留中高档居住用房开发。
 
Relocation Area: occupies an area of 94.3 ha. for relocation of residents leaving for the construction of the Park, and some areas will also be left for medium and high-standard residential houses.
